Our website is created and hosted using Framer, a service provided by Framer B.V., Rozengracht 207B, 1016 LZ Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

When you access our website, certain technical information may be processed automatically in order to deliver the website, maintain its security and ensure its reliable operation. This may include, in particular:

  • operating system

  • pages and resources requested

  • referring website or source

  • technical request and connection information

Framer acts as a data processor on our behalf in connection with the provision and hosting of the website.

Framer uses cloud infrastructure and service providers, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), to provide its services. As a result, data may potentially be processed outside the European Economic Area. According to Framer, where international data transfers occur, appropriate safeguards under applicable data protection law, such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses, are used.

The processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing a secure, reliable and efficient website in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Framer Analytics

Our website uses the analytics functionality provided by Framer.

Framer Analytics is designed to operate without cookies or persistent tracking identifiers. According to Framer, IP addresses and browser information such as the user agent are combined with a daily rotating value and hashed in order to determine anonymous daily visitor statistics. The identifier resets on a daily basis.

Framer Analytics may provide us with aggregated information such as:

  • number of visitors and page views

  • visited pages

  • referring sources

  • approximate country

  • device type

  • browser and operating system

  • session and website usage statistics

We use this information solely to understand the general performance and use of our website and to improve its content and functionality. We do not use this information to create persistent individual visitor profiles.

The processing is based on our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the performance of our website pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

We do not currently use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking technologies or third-party marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

Framer's built-in analytics operates without cookies.

If additional third-party services, embeds or tracking technologies are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly and, where legally required, such technologies will only be activated after obtaining the visitor's consent.

You can contact us either by email or through the contact form provided on our website.

When you use our contact form, we process the information you provide, which may include:

  • message content

The information submitted through the contact form is processed for the purpose of handling and responding to your inquiry. Our contact form is provided through Framer. Framer B.V., Rozengracht 207B, 1016 LZ Amsterdam, the Netherlands, processes the submitted information on our behalf as a data processor and forwards the submission to the destination configured by us.

If you contact us directly by email, we process your email address and any other information contained in your message for the same purpose.

Depending on the nature of your inquiry, the processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your communication relates to steps prior to entering into a contract or an existing contractual relationship. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We retain the information only for as long as necessary to process your inquiry and to comply with any applicable statutory retention obligations. We do not use information submitted through the contact form or by email for unrelated marketing purposes.

6. Engagement Inquiries via Typeform

If you are interested in working with us through one of our engagements, such as OFFBOARD or SECOND CHAIR, you may submit an inquiry through a form provided by Typeform.


Depending on the engagement, we may collect and process information such as:


  • your name and email address

  • your company and company website

  • your role or information about who would participate in the engagement

  • information about your company’s current situation, priorities and areas of focus

  • information about decisions, challenges or topics you are currently working through

  • your expectations regarding the engagement and what would make it valuable to you

  • any additional information you choose to provide, including links to materials you would like us to review


We use this information solely to understand the context of your inquiry, assess whether and how the relevant engagement may be suitable, prepare for potential initial conversations and communicate with you regarding your inquiry.


The forms are provided through Typeform, a service of TYPEFORM, S.L., Via Augusta 29–31, 08006 Barcelona, Spain. Typeform processes the information submitted through the forms on our behalf as a data processor.


Responses are stored within Typeform and a copy of the submitted information may also be sent to and stored within our email and IT systems. Access is limited to authorized persons within Partopreno who require the information to review and respond to the inquiry.


Where your inquiry relates to a potential contractual engagement with us, the processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. Where this does not apply, processing is based on our legitimate interest in reviewing and responding to inbound engagement inquiries and determining whether further discussions are appropriate pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.


We do not use information submitted through these forms for newsletters, advertising or other unrelated marketing purposes. We retain the information only for as long as necessary to assess and handle your inquiry and, where discussions continue, for the duration of those discussions. Once the information is no longer required for these purposes, it will be deleted unless continued retention is required by applicable law.


Typeform may use sub-processors and infrastructure providers in connection with the provision of its services. This may involve the processing of personal data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where such international transfers occur, Typeform states that appropriate safeguards under applicable data protection law, including adequacy decisions and Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable, are used.


Providing information through the form is voluntary. However, without certain basic information, we may not be able to assess or respond to your inquiry.

7. Data Storage and Retention

Personal information submitted to us through our contact form, engagement inquiry forms or by email will be handled confidentially and stored only within the systems necessary to process the relevant inquiry.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable statutory retention obligations.

Technical data processed in connection with the operation and security of the website is retained in accordance with the applicable retention periods of our hosting and infrastructure providers.

8. Google Fonts

Our website may use fonts from the Google Fonts library through Framer's font functionality.

Depending on the technical configuration used by Framer, font files may be provided using infrastructure associated with Google. In such cases, technical information such as your IP address and browser information may be transmitted when the font files are requested.

Google Fonts is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Where such processing occurs, it is based on our legitimate interest in providing a consistent and visually appealing presentation of our website pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
